Weighbacks

Feed left over from a prior feeding is called a "weighback" in FeedComp. Weighbacks may also be called "refusals" or "cleanups." FeedComp allows you to capture weighbacks so that the leftover feed can be fed to animals in other pens or locations, included as a filler load in a recipe, or sold off farm. You can manage FeedComp weighbacks on the Feed screen.

Weighbacks help you reduce waste by adding leftover feed to existing recipes, and are typically picked up the morning after the scheduled feeding.
