Activate Measurements Integration

Only users who are assigned a Role with Integrations Management permissions can connect partner integrations. See Edit Dairy User Permissions and Manage Dairy Roles for more information.

1. In PULSE, navigate to Partners > Integrations Gallery > measurements partner.
2. Click See Details or See Requirements on the measurements partner integration card.
3. Follow the Connection Instructions on the right side of the page to establish the connection:
   1. Click the Connection Status toggle and verify the status switches to Active.

      

   2. Click Save.
   3. If necessary, click Edit Integration to make any adjustments or edits and save your changes.

1. In DairyComp 305, enter PLATFORM on the command line.
2. Click the Pulse Items tab and expand the Activity Measurement Alerts.

   

3. Verify that locomotion items exist. Expand CattleEye Items to learn more about each item.

If necessary, map or add an activity measurement alert:

• Map Existing Item: To map an activity measurement alert to an existing DC305 DairyComp 305 - VAS Dairy Management Software item, double-click the alert. Select the existing item, then click OK to confirm your selection to map the alert to the item.
• Add New Item: To create a new item for an activity measurement alert in DC305, check the box for the alert. Click Create (1) Items, then confirm your selection to add the item to the DC305 database.

Body Condition Score value	BCSV	22	Value that indicates an animal's energy balance based on being extremely thin or having excessive fat deposits. Contact your measurements partner for more details on how their system scores body condition.
