Activate Allflex SCR Heatime Integration

Only users who are assigned a Role with Integrations Management permissions can connect partner integrations. See Edit Dairy User Permissions and Manage Dairy Roles for more information.

1. In PULSE, navigate to Partners > Integrations Gallery > Allflex SCR Heatime.
2. Click See Details or See Requirements on the Allflex SCR Heatime integration card.
3. Follow the Connection Instructions on the right side of the page to establish the connection:
   1. Click Add New Alias, then complete the following fields:
      • Alias: Enter your Dairy Name. If you have multiple dairies, we recommend you use different names for each alias.
      • Registration Key: Copy or enter your software registration key from your Allflex SCR Heatime account. Each device used to access Allflex SCR Heatime has a unique registration key.
      How do I find my registration key?

      Follow these steps to see your registration key in your Allflex Heatime Pro or DataFlow software:

      • Click the Settings button on the right side of the window.

        

      • Go to Farm > Account to view your registration key in the lower right corner of the display.

        

      • Write down or copy your registration key.

        

      NOTE: If you do not have a registration key, contact your Allflex SCR Heatime representative.
   2. Click Select Pens to choose pens that use Allflex SCR Heatime. Enter the pen numbers and select the correct pens from the results list, which lists the pens in ascending order.
   3. Click the Connection Status toggle and verify the status switches to Active.

      

   4. Click Save.
   5. If necessary, click Edit Integration to make any adjustments or edits and save your changes.

1. In DairyComp 305, enter SETMILK\M16 in the command line, which lets DairyComp 305 know that you want to integrate with Allflex SCR Heatime. Press Enter.
2. In the command line, enter SETMILK\INSTALL to view the Allflex SCR Heatime Configuration window. Expand Allflex SCR Heatime Items below to learn more about each item.
3. Map the items automatically or manually:
• Automatic: Click Select and Auto-Create Items to prompt DC305 DairyComp 305 - VAS Dairy Management Software to automatically create and assign all your items.



• Manual: If you have already created your own customized items, assign each customized item to the unassigned fields.

  

4. Click OK to save your changes.

Allflex SCR Heatime Items

DC305 Name	Item Name (Suggested)	Item Type	Item Description
Allflex SCR Heatime Transponder	HTTAG	32	Number assigned to each animal's Allflex SCR Heatime transponder, which collects the animal's activity data. Each animal must have a unique transponder value. IMPORTANT: This field is required.
LED Sort Date	SRTDT	18	Date that the animal's tag lights up to indicate that the animal should be sorted. It will be entered in MMDDYY format. We recommend that you set this as a scheduled task. Learn how to schedule tasks in Schedule Automatic Sorting in DC305.
LED Sort Code	SORT	23	Number between 0–255 that indicates whether an animal should be sorted. If the value exceeds 0, the animal will be sorted. Its Allflex SCR Heatime tag will flash at a speed determined by its LED Sort Code assignment. If the value is 0, the animal will not be sorted. We recommend that you set this as a scheduled task. Sort Gate Code	CUT	1	Number between 0–255 that indicates whether an animal should be sorted into a separate pen when the animal leaves the milking parlor. If the value exceeds 0, a separate gate will open for the animal and the animal will be sorted into a separate pen. If the value is 0, the animal will not be sorted. Heat Alert Date	HTDAT	18	Last date that peak heat activity was recorded.
Heat Alert Time	HTIDT	23	Last time that peak heat activity was recorded.
Heat Alert Index	HTIDX	1	Allflex SCR Heatime's measurement that indicates whether an animal is in heat, between 1–100 with 100 being the highest. Allflex uses multiple parameters to determine whether an animal with elevated activity change is actually in heat.
Allflex Hours to AI artificial insemination	HTHAI	7	The amount of time (in hours) that a user has to breed an animal, based on Allflex SCR Heatime's heat-related calculations.
Allflex For AI	HT4AI	1	Indicates whether an animal experiencing a heat alert is eligible to be bred or needs to be evaluated: 1: Breed the animal 2: Evaluate the animal
Health Alert Date	DXDAT	18	Date that the health alert was activated.
Health Alert Time	DXTIM	23	Time that the health alert was activated.
Health Alert Index	DXIDX	1	Allflex SCR Heatime's measurement of an animal's health, between 1-100 with 100 being the highest. Allflex SCR Heatime calculates health by comparing an animal's health history with its health history in the past 24 hours.
