PULSE Update - August 2024
NEW FEATURE Create event remark pick lists and enable custom remarks for events! When editing Event Definitions in PULSE, you can now create event remark pick lists and enable custom remarks. This new functionality allows technicians to select a remark from your pre-defined list when adding an event, or they can enter a custom remark if you choose to allow it.
ENHANCEMENT New users are automatically prompted to enter their preferred account settings. When a user creates a PULSE account, the system automatically prompts them to set their preferred measurement units (imperial or metric), date/time format, and language. This is a usability improvement, as new users won't need to navigate to Account Settings manually.
Bug Fixes
- Wrong field label for ABORT event. The REM
Remark or comment label now shows as expected on the ABORT event entry page. - BNAME and REG now accept alpha characters. PULSE now accepts alpha characters for an animal's BNAME Barn name or REG Animal registration number number (for country code).
- EXPCALF fix. The EXPCALF item now displays correctly in reports and worklists.
- MyDC ONLY SSF export fix. If applicable, multiple events for the same animal are correctly exported. Previously, PULSE limited the export to a single recent event per animal.
