Yes. PULSE has a mobile app that can work both online and offline. VAS knows that life needs to continue and work needs to get done regardless of your internet status. Please be aware that some advanced analysis and comparison features of PULSE may only be available when internet access is present. However, your recent data is available for offline use without an internet connection and refreshes regularly when in range of a Wi-Fi connection. If you travel outside of data coverage, the app automatically reverts to offline mode, allowing you to view the last synced data.
