Calf Rearing Characteristics Widget

For the Partners tab to display Förster-Technik data, your dairy must first activate the integration. See Activate Förster-Technik Integration to learn more.
The Calf Rearing Characteristics widget includes important calf data such as birth date, projected wean A wean event indicates that a calf no longer receives milk for feedings. date, parentage, weight, and feeding details. The widget also includes an option to download the calf's feeding plan as a PDF.

- The top row of data includes details about the calf, including the following:
BDATE: Calf birthdate
Projected Wean
A wean event indicates that a calf no longer receives milk for feedings. Date/Weaned: Date the calf is expected to be weaned or the date the calf was weaned.

NOTE: This setting is independent of the Units selected in your Account Settings and applies to all users in your dairy. - Calf Weight data. If your dairy is equipped with a Förster-Technik half-body scale, this is an actual weight. If not, this value is an estimate based on calf age.

- Avg Breaks/Day: Average number of times per day the calf feeding is interrupted
- Days on Prescription: Number of days on a prescription and the number of days as a percentage of the feeding plan period. For instance, if a calf has been on a prescription for 5 days of 28 days on a feeding plan, the Days on Prescription is 5 (17.86%).
