Tasks Scanned/Expected Report

Use the Tasks Scanned/Expected report to track tasks completed during milking shifts. This information can help you review your parlor management strategies to improve task efficiencies and improve the success of your reproduction or health-related protocol A dairy protocols include a series of treatments or tasks that follow a prescribed order and schedule. Protocols may be defined for reproduction purposes, to treat an illness, or for routine vaccinations.s and other programs.

1. Search and Filter the Tasks Scanned/Expected Report

   Options to search and filter the Tasks Scanned/Expected report are available at the top of the page. Follow the guidelines below when working with the Tasks Scanned/Expected report:

   • Click Filters at the top left of the page to limit the data that is displayed. The Filters side panel opens.
   • Use the Date From and Date To filters to only view data from that range.
   • Select a Parlor to limit the report to a specific parlor.
   • Click the Clear Filters option to clear all of the filters currently applied.
2. Print or Export the Report

   Click the green Export as CSV button at the top right of the page to save the data as a CSV file. Or, click Print to send your parlor data to the printer. If you applied filter(s), the data will print or export with the current filter(s) applied.

3. View Report Details

   If your dairy has multiple parlors, click the down arrow to expand a row and view details for a specific parlor. Follow the guidelines below when viewing report details:

   • Average % Complete: An average percentage of completed vs.expected tasks for all milking shifts for the selected date displays in a GRAY bar at the top of the page.

   • Date: The date of the report is displayed at the top left of the side panel.
   • Shifts: The total number of completed/expected tasks during aspecific parlor shift.
   • Total Tasks Scanned/Expected: The total number of scanned vs. expected task counts on a specific day.
   • % Complete: A percentage of animals with tasks that were actually scanned compared to the number animals expected to be scanned on a specific day.
4. View Details for a Specific Date

   Click on a Date in the table to open the side panel and view its details. Follow the guidelines below when viewing date details:

   • Date: The date of the report is displayed at the top left of the side panel.
   • Summary: An overall summary is displayed in a GRAY bar at the top left of the side panel:
     • Total Affected Shifts: The total number of parlor shifts that had missed tasks on that day.
     • Total Animals with Missed Tasks: The total number animals with missed tasks.
   • Shift: The shift number.
   • Animal ID: The identifier of the animal with missed tasks.
   • Pen: The pen Pen number number the animal was in when scanned.
